The Company

 

We established Lascom Acoustics with the vision of being the leading supplier and maintenance provider of telecommunication and voice recording equipment to New Zealand and the South Pacific.

 

Twenty years on and this vision is a reality. We are a New Zealand owned and operated company that provides product solutions to Government Departments, Ministry of Defence, Local Authorities, Trading Banks, Corporations, Businesses and other communications companies in New Zealand.

 

One of the biggest challenges we faced to become a leading provider was how best to meet the needs of our clients throughout New Zealand. One part of the solution was to establish offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch with support centres throughout New Zealand to enable prompt service and overnight courier delivery.

 

The second part of the solution was to ensure that the Lascom Acoustics’ team were experienced and trained to assist with specific client requirements. We continually provide ongoing training to our team members to ensure all employees have a depth of knowledge and experience that you can rely on. One of the team’s strengths is to match customer needs with the right products. There is nothing more satisfactory than finding a solution to your telecommunication needs - from the initial idea to on time and within budget pricing solutions.

Therefore we decided, as part of our commitment to you, to provide a Free Trial service, allowing you and your staff members to fully test the product for comfort and suitability before buying.

 

Free Training: Our service doesn’t end once you have purchased the product. Our many years of experience in the field allows us to offer free training for our products ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Lascom’s qualified personnel provide superior on-site and return to base product support. We have earned a reputation for quick response to solving problems with equipment supplied by Lascom Acoustic, as well as equipment supplied by other companies.

 

Recycle Facilities: Part of our service to you is ensuring that we recycle used and unwanted equipment in an environmentally green manner to reduce the impact on our environment.
